About Dr. Klamer
Dr. Klamer is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri–Columbia, where he studied finance and banking before deciding to become a dentist. He earned his DDS at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating in 2017, and expanded his skills with a General Practice Residency at Truman Medical Center–Lakewood.
His continuing education emphasizes oral surgery and implant dentistry — including screw-in porcelain dentures, implant surgery and wisdom tooth extractions.
Away from the office, John and his wife Brianna welcomed their first baby girl last fall. He also routinely travels on dental mission trips to Guatemala, providing care to families in need. He's a passionate outdoorsman — fishing and hunting in his spare time — and his two dogs, Cotter and Beau, sometimes hang out at the practice.
